Job Description

Telecaller / Sales Executive


We are hiring telecallers to call leads from Facebook ads and convert them into paid participants for a national-level skill-based challenge.


🎯 Responsibilities:


. Call incoming leads (fresh leads from ads)

. Explain the challenge clearly

. Handle basic questions and objections

. Share payment link on WhatsApp

. Follow up with interested leads

. Close sales daily


🧠 Requirements:


. Good Hindi / Hinglish communication

. Confident speaking voice

. Basic smartphone usage (WhatsApp, calling)

. Ability to convince and close

. Sales or tele-calling experience preferred


💰 Salary & Incentives:


. Fixed: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000/month

. Incentive: ₹50 per successful conversion

. 👉High performers can earn ₹20,000–₹40,000+

7-8 hours per day.
