Job Description
- Search government and private tenders through GEM and other portals
- Prepare technical and financial bid documents
- Upload and submit tenders within deadlines
- Maintain tender tracker and bid records
- Coordinate with operations, HR and accounts department for documents
- Prepare quotations, proposals and compliance documents
- Handle daily back office operations and documentation
- Maintain office files, reports and records properly
- Prepare Excel reports and update management regularly
- Handle email communication with clients and departments
- Support billing, attendance and manpower documentation work
- Maintain confidentiality of company data and documents
- Follow up for approvals, submissions and client requirements
