Job Description

  • Search government and private tenders through GEM and other portals
  • Prepare technical and financial bid documents
  • Upload and submit tenders within deadlines
  • Maintain tender tracker and bid records
  • Coordinate with operations, HR and accounts department for documents
  • Prepare quotations, proposals and compliance documents
  • Handle daily back office operations and documentation
  • Maintain office files, reports and records properly
  • Prepare Excel reports and update management regularly
  • Handle email communication with clients and departments
  • Support billing, attendance and manpower documentation work
  • Maintain confidentiality of company data and documents
  • Follow up for approvals, submissions and client requirements
