Website Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Website Designer (UI & Motion-led Web Design) to join our growing design team. This role is ideal for a designer who is passionate about crafting visually compelling, user-centric digital experiences and understands how motion can enhance engagement and storytelling across web interfaces.

As a Website Designer, you will be responsible for designing modern, responsive websites that combine exceptional user interface design with purposeful motion elements. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to translate business objectives into intuitive and aesthetically engaging web experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design, motion design, and proficiency in Figma.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

 Design high-quality website interfaces that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines. 

 Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma. 

 Develop motion concepts and micro-interactions that enhance usability, storytelling, and user engagement. 

 Design responsive web experiences optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. 

 Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and animations. 

 Work closely with marketing and content teams to create landing pages, campaign websites, and digital experiences. 

 Conduct design reviews and iterate based on stakeholder feedback and user insights. 

 Maintain and contribute to design systems, component libraries, and UI standards. 

 Stay updated with the latest trends in web design, motion graphics, user experience, and digital interactions. 

 Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all digital touchpoints. 

Required Skills

Must-Have Skills

 Figma: Strong expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and high-fidelity UI designs. 

 UI Design: Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, responsive design, and user-centered design principles. 

 Motion Design: Ability to create engaging animations, transitions, micro-interactions, and motion-driven web experiences that improve user engagement. 

Preferred Qualifications

 2-6 years of professional experience in website design, UI design, or digital product design. 

 Strong portfolio showcasing modern website designs and motion-led user experiences. 

 Understanding of UX principles and conversion-focused design practices. 

 Experience designing landing pages, marketing websites, and interactive digital experiences. 

 Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks is a plus. 

 Knowledge of animation tools such as After Effects, Rive, Principle, or similar tools is advantageous. 

 Experience working with design systems and component-based design methodologies. 

 Ability to balance creativity with business goals and technical feasibility.
