Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute our online marketing strategies. In this role, you will focus on driving brand awareness, running targeted ad campaigns, optimizing website traffic, and engaging our audience across various digital channels to generate quality leads.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- SEO & Web Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page/off-page content, and improve organic search rankings.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across all official social media platforms.
- Content Creation: Collaborate on or write copy for blogs, email newsletters, landing pages, and ad creatives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to measure ROI and KPIs.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email drip campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Key Skills RequiredPaid Ads: Hands-on experience with Google Ads (SEM/Display) and Meta Ads Manager.
- SEO/SEM: Solid understanding of search engine optimization principles and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
- Analytics: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for tracking traffic and conversions.
- Tools: Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and graphic tools (e.g., Canva) is a strong plus.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for copywriting and team collaboration.
- QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role.
- Certifications: Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot are highly preferred.
