# Job Title: Financial Advisor / Investment Advisor (Part-Time / Full-Time)

## Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic, well-connected, and self-motivated Advisors to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate quality client referrals, assist clients in opening Demat & Trading Accounts, and guide them through the investment onboarding process. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have a strong network and excellent relationship-building skills.

**DSA professionals, Insurance Advisors, POSP Agents, Financial Consultants, and individuals with a strong client network will be given preference.**

## Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads through personal and professional references.

* Assist clients in opening Demat & Trading Accounts.

* Educate clients about available investment opportunities.

* Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing clients.

* Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage continued investments.

* Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and client support.

* Achieve monthly client acquisition and investment targets.

## Eligibility

* Experience in Insurance, DSA, Banking, Finance, Sales, or Client Acquisition is preferred.

* Strong communication and networking skills.

* Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.

* Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.

* Freshers with excellent networking skills may also apply.

## Compensation & Benefits

* Attractive performance-based commission structure.

* Potential earnings of **₹30,000–₹50,000 or more per successful client**, depending on business generated and company payout structure.
