Job Description
Responsibilities :-
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
- Attend and transfer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and reception area registers.
- Coordinate with different departments for appointments and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, documents and parcels.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is neat and organized.
- Assist in administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
- Manage emails and provide general office support.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure professional communication at all times.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Married female candidates are preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle visitors efficiently.
