With its elegant and trendy collection, RELIABLE is a one stop shop for all institutions looking forward to build their identity. Job Purpose:We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Process Coordinator who can streamline operations, ensure smooth coordination between departments, and maintain efficiency in production and order execution processes.Responsibilities: Process Coordination:Coordinate between sales, production, and dispatch teams.Ensure smooth workflow from order confirmation to final delivery.Monitor daily production and order status.Order Management:Track order lifecycle (order received → production → dispatch).Ensure timely execution of orders as per deadlines.Maintain proper documentation of orders and processes      Interdepartmental Coordination:Work closely with merchandising, production, and quality teams.Ensure all departments have accurate and updated information.Resolve coordination gaps between teams.  Process Improvement:Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed.Support in implementing new systems/processes6.
