Job Description
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Increase showroom footfall and conversion rate.
Develop wholesale customers across Punjab and other states.
Build relationships with retail jewellers and corporate clients.
Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports.
Marketing
Plan online and offline marketing campaigns.
Manage social media (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business).
Coordinate exhibitions, BNI networking, and jewellery events.
Create festive promotions and customer engagement programs.
Improve brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Team Management
Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team.
Set KPIs and review staff performance.
Conduct daily sales meetings.
Ensure excellent customer service standards.
