Training and Development Manager

We are seeking a smart, articulate, and customer-focused Online School ERP Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting online training sessions for school teachers, principals, and administrative staff to ensure seamless adoption of our School ERP software. You will also manage customer inquiries, address complaints, and resolve technical queries via call and remote access tools. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and you will play a key role in delivering a smooth onboarding and support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live, interactive online training sessions for school principals, teachers, and admins via Zoom, Google Meet, and other video conferencing tools.
• Provide step-by-step guidance on ERP modules, features, and daily operations tailored to different user roles.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and tickets regarding product queries, complaints, and feature suggestions.
• Troubleshoot end-user technical issues remotely using tools like AnyDesk and UltraViewer.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt, patient, and effective resolution of all issues.
• Document customer feedback and coordinate with the technical team to improve software functionality.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Zoom, Google Meet, AnyDesk, UltraViewer, and standard office software.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking to handle challenging queries, resolve customer dissatisfaction, and manage conflict professionally.
• Teaching/Training Skills: Ability to explain complex software features in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.
• Experience: Prior experience in software training, School ERP support, EdTech customer success, or tech support is highly preferred.
