Job Description
Job Title: AC Technician & Helper
Location: Ludhiana (Candidates from nearby regions such as Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, and Punjab can apply)
Salary:
- AC Technician: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month
- Helper (Fresher): ₹6,000 – ₹10,000 per month
Experience:
- Technician: Experience in AC repair and servicing required
- Helper: Freshers can apply (no prior experience required)
Job Overview:
We are hiring AC Technicians and Helpers to support installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning systems. Candidates should be willing to work on-site and support field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
For AC Technician:
- Install, service, and repair air conditioning systems
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure proper functioning
- Handle gas charging, wiring, and troubleshooting
For Helper:
- Assist technicians in installation and servicing work
- Carry tools and materials to job sites
- Support cleaning and maintenance activities
- Learn basic technical skills on the job
