Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Executive to manage and maintain our financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting within a manufacturing or factory environment and possess strong organizational and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts regularly.
• Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, etc.).
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and monthly summaries for management review.
• Monitor and manage cash flow efficiently.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis related to production and operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and legal requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent; professional accounting certification (CA, ICWA, or CMA) is a plus.
• Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a factory or manufacturing setup.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar) and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
