*Agency Manager – Manipal Cigna Health Insurance*


We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the Prolife Agency Manager role.


*Key Responsibilities*

Recruit, train & manage a team of insurance advisors

Drive health insurance sales and business growth

Achieve monthly sales targets & team performance goals

Motivate and support advisors for maximum productivity

Build strong customer relationships and ensure quality service


*Eligibility Criteria*

Minimum 12th Pass

1+ year experience in Sales / BFSI / Insurance preferred

Strong communication & leadership skills

Target-driven and team-handling ability preferred
