We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support the classroom teacher in delivering quality education. The role involves assisting in lesson planning, classroom management, student engagement, and creating a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in preparing lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Support students during classroom activities, projects, and assessments.
- Help maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher.
- Assist with classroom organization and maintaining records.
- Help plan and execute educational activities and events.
- Communicate with parents regarding student performance when required.
