Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Counsel students and clients regarding overseas education and immigration opportunities
- Guide clients for countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, USA, and Europe
- Assist students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and career pathways
- Explain admission requirements, visa procedures, and documentation process
- Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients and convert leads into admissions
- Build strong relationships with students and parents by providing accurate guidance
- Support clients in SOP preparation and application procedures
- Maintain client records and update CRM/database regularly
- Stay updated with immigration rules, visa policies, and university requirements
- Conduct seminars, career counseling sessions, and promotional activities
- Assist students with scholarship information and financial guidance
- Ensure high-quality customer service throughout the admission and visa process
- Handle client concerns professionally and provide timely solutions
