Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) customers through field sales and direct sourcing.
- Generate leads and convert them into active CASA accounts.
- Cross-sell banking products such as Insurance, Fixed Deposits, Credit Cards, and Personal Loans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure business growth.
- Achieve monthly sales and acquisition targets.
- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure KYC documentation and compliance with bank policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account activation and customer onboarding.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries promptly.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–6 years in Banking Sales.
- Prior experience in CASA Sales is mandatory.
- Experience selling banking products such as CASA, Insurance, Credit Cards, Loans, Mutual Funds, or Fixed Deposits is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and sales processes.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
