Child Behavioral Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured CBT-based therapy sessions for children
• Conduct detailed behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based interventions, including CBT, behavior modification, and play-based techniques
• Track progress and adjust therapy plans to ensure effective outcomes
• Provide guidance and training to parents and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• 1–4 years of experience in child counseling, behavioral therapy, or mental health
• Strong understanding of child development and behavioral disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with children with Autism (ASD), ADHD, learning disabilities, or developmental delays
• Knowledge of Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, or ABA techniques
• Experience in clinical or multidisciplinary environments
