Job Description
- Ensure high-quality construction work as per approved drawings and standards.
- Conduct regular construction audits and site supervision for quality control.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of houses/projects.
- Handle site development activities and coordinate daily site operations.
- Visit market for construction material purchase and rate verification.
- Arrange and coordinate vendors, contractors, labour, and skilled workers.
- Maintain proper material usage and control site wastage.
- Supervise construction activities to ensure safety and workmanship standards.
- Prepare daily work reports and update management on project status.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, suppliers, and project team for smooth execution.
