JOB DESCRIPTION – CRM EXECUTIVEPosition: CRM Executive
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Location: Guru Vihar, Rahon Road, Basti Jodhewal, Ludhiana, Punjab
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, appointments, and services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely customer support.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Maintain accurate data in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and relationship management.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Computer proficiency and data management skills.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
- QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of CRM/Customer Support experience may apply.
