CRM Technical Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking candidate for a Field Executive profile.

Key Responsibilities: Visit industries, factories, and client locations for coordination and business-related activities.

• Maintain proper communication with clients and industry representatives.
• Handle field work along with regular computer-based updates and reporting.
• Collect required documents, data, and information from industries.
• Coordinate with the office team regarding daily field activities and status updates.
• Build and maintain good professional relationships with clients.

Required Skills:Good knowledge of computers and basic software applications.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of industrial working environments and processes.
• Ability to handle field visits independently.
• Smart, confident, and professional personality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow timelines.

Eligibility: Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Experience in field work / industrial coordination will be an added advantage.
• Candidate must be comfortable with traveling and visiting industries regularly.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Positive attitude and problem-solving approach.

• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and basic English.
