Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused CRM for our photography studio.

Responsibilities:

  • Client management : Understanding their preferences and deliver them accordingly.
  • Communicate with editing and post production team.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Oversee quality control of product deliveries.
  • Manage payments and client records.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Need a multi tasking person who can help with other office work as well.
  • Familiarity with photography is a plus.
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends.
