Job Description
Job Requirements – CRM & Online Skills
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate with experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and strong online operational skills.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer data, leads, and sales activities.
- Ability to maintain accurate customer records and generate reports.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of online tools and platforms, including email, web-based applications, and cloud-based software.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with online research, data entry, and internet-based workflows.
- Ability to learn new digital tools and technologies quickly.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic understanding of digital communication and online collaboration platforms.
