Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Complaint Handling
Location: Ludhiana
Role Summary:
Looking for candidates (freshers & experienced) who can effectively handle customer complaints, communicate clearly, and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve customer complaints via calls/emails
• Ensure issues are closed within defined timelines (TAT)
• Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution
• Keep customers updated on progress
• Maintain records of complaints and closures
Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
