Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Digital Marketing & Order Handling Executive to manage digital marketing activities as well as handle customer orders from enquiry to final confirmation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day digital marketing activities across social media and online platforms.
• Respond to customer enquiries and follow up with potential customers.
• Communicate with customers regarding product details, pricing, samples, and order requirements.
• Prepare and share quotations and pricing information with customers.
• Coordinate samples with customers and collect their feedback.
• Discuss requirements with customers and make necessary changes to the order.
• Follow up with customers to finalise orders and confirm order details.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding confirmed orders, pricing, samples, and delivery requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, quotations, samples, and confirmed orders.
• Build good relationships with customers and ensure timely communication throughout the order process.
• Support lead generation and conversion through digital marketing activities.
• Required SkillsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and convert enquiries into orders.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Positive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
