Truck Dispatcher (New Zealand Transport Operations) – Work from India

Job Description

Sidhwan Transport is a growing transport and logistics company based in Auckland, New Zealand. We are looking for a reliable and proactive Truck Dispatcher to join our remote operations team in India.

This is a full-time night/day-shift role, as you will be coordinating transport operations in New Zealand time.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily truck movements.
• Allocate jobs to drivers and monitor deliveries.
• Coordinate container pickups, deliveries, and depot dehires.
• Book port and depot appointments.
• Communicate with customers, shipping lines, depots, and drivers via email and phone.
• Track containers and update delivery status.
• Handle delays, booking issues, and operational changes.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and reports.
• Ensure jobs are completed on time while maximizing fleet efficiency.
• Requirements1-3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation.
• Fresher can apply
• Basic spoken and written English.
• Basic email communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with container transport or New Zealand logistics is an advantage but not mandatory.
• ShiftFull-time
• Night/Day Shift (Aligned with New Zealand business hours)
• 6 days per week (Rotational Off)

Salary

₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
