EHS Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead Environment, Health & Safety initiatives while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate will drive workplace safety, implement EHS programs, conduct audits, and promote a strong safety culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
• Organize safety training programs, emergency response drills, and mock drills.
• Implement and sustain 5S, FIFO, and GMP practices across operations.
• Monitor quality and safety compliance through regular audits and corrective actions.
• Manage fire safety systems, emergency preparedness, and permit-to-work (PTW) processes.
• Maintain EHS documentation, statutory records, and compliance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and regulatory authorities during inspections.
• Utilize SAP S/4HANA for EHS documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce workplace hazards and improve safety performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Diploma/Certification in Industrial Safety or NEBOSH (preferred).

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in EHS management within manufacturing, industrial, or production environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and EHS compliance systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, statutory compliance, and safety management systems.
