Job Description
- Supervise and manage factory labour to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Allocate work to workers and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Monitor worker productivity and maintain discipline in the factory.
- Ensure proper handling of machines, equipment, and raw materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the factory premises.
- Coordinate with management regarding production status and labour requirements.
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain basic records of production, labour attendance, and material usage.
