Job Description
Install Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband connections at customer locations
Perform fiber cable laying, splicing, routing, and testing
Configure routers, modems, Wi-Fi, and network devices
Troubleshoot internet/network issues and resolve complaints
Handle service requests, fault repair, and maintenance work
Ensure proper signal strength and connectivity
Visit customer sites for installation and technical support
Coordinate with backend/NOC teams for issue resolution
Maintain installation reports and service records
Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and SLA timelines
Achieve customer satisfaction and daily installation targets
