Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a result-driven Area Sales Executive to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets within the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for promoting fitness equipment/services, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned area
• Generate leads through field visits, calls, and networking
• Promote and sell fitness equipment and services to gyms, institutions, and individuals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports and updates for management

Required Skills:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Knowledge of fitness industry (preferred)
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools)
