Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and empanel diagnostic centers and hospitals.
- Conduct regular meet & greet visits to build and maintain provider relationships.
- Achieve monthly empanelment and provider engagement targets.
- Coordinate provider onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of provider interactions and agreements.
- Resolve provider queries and ensure timely support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth network operations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–4 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, TPA, diagnostic, hospital, or provider network management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for provider meetings.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target- oriented.
