Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic digital marketing agency Eadds Digital. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in translating our clients' marketing objectives into visually appealing and engaging designs. You will work closely with the Creative Director and other team members to produce high-quality visual assets that align with the overall brand strategy and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and Design:

• Generate creative ideas and concepts that align with client briefs and project requirements.
• Design visually appealing graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email newsletters, website banners, and other online platforms.

1. Brand Consistency:

• Ensure that all design elements adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and integrate brand messaging into visual assets.

1. Multimedia Design:

• Create engaging multimedia content, including infographics, videos, and animations, to enhance digital marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative multimedia solutions into projects.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to team members and clients.

1. Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.

1. Quality Control:

• Conduct quality checks on all design deliverables to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Proactively seek feedback and make necessary revisions based on input from team members and clients.

1. Technical Proficiency:

• Proficient in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Stay abreast of emerging design tools and technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 12th or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital marketing or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Experience in multimedia design, including video and animation, is a plus.
