We Are Hiring: Home Service Intern
Organization: Reliance Jio
Program: Pradhan Mantri Internship Yojana (PM Internship Scheme)
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Role Overview
Home Service Intern will work alongside Jio Fiber Engineers and assist in broadband installation, service support, and customer assistance activities. This internship offers practical exposure to telecom field operations and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist engineers in Jio Fiber installation and activation
• Support router and ONT setup at customer locations
• Help resolve basic connectivity issues
• Assist in maintenance and service visits
• Maintain daily activity reports
• Ensure timely customer support and service quality
Eligibility
• ITI / Diploma / 10+2 / Graduate
• Freshers can apply
• Basic technical knowledge preferred
Required Skills
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and work in the field
• Basic understanding of internet and networking
• Customer-focused attitude
Additional Requirements
• Two-wheeler and driving license preferred
• Familiarity with Ludhiana local area
