HR Executive

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, attendance records, and overall HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment and onboarding of new employees.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Handle attendance, leave management, and timesheets.

Assist in payroll processing and salary administration.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.

Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS data.

Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.

Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in HR operations.

Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR software.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc.).
