Job Description

HR Executive – Full Time


Responsibilities:


Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Manage attendance, leave records, and onboarding.

Post job openings on recruitment portals and social media.

Conduct joining formalities and employee orientation.

Support payroll, employee engagement, and HR operations.


Requirements:


MBA/Master's in Human Resource Management or a relevant degree.

Minimum 1 year of HR experience.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
