Job Description
RECO (RR Tools), a Ludhiana-based fastener and hand tool manufacturer exporting to 10+ countries, is hiring an HR & Industrial Relations Officer. The role covers hiring shop floor workers, machine operators, and supervisors through referrals, Naukri, and local hiring drives, handling worker grievances and day-to-day floor issues, running onboarding for new hires, and tracking attendance and retention. We're looking for 2-5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setup, good people skills for dealing directly with shop floor staff, experience hiring blue-collar workers, and fluency in Hindi/Punjabi with working English. This is a hands-on HR role with direct exposure to management, and room to grow with the company.
