About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and result-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers while also supporting our digital marketing efforts through basic Meta Ads management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Reach out to creators, negotiate collaborations, and onboard influencers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and brand awareness.
• Coordinate with influencers for content planning and timely campaign execution.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Manage and optimize basic Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to improve campaign performance.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and influencer collaborations.
• Basic hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Self-motivated, organized, and performance-oriented.
