Nursing Incharge MICU
- Responsible for overseeing nursing activities in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU). - Ensures quality patient care and manages nursing staff within the unit. - Coordinates with medical teams to implement care plans and monitor patient progress. - Requires leadership skills to manage and guide nursing personnel effectively. - Involves critical decision-making in a high-pressure healthcare environment. - Demands knowledge of intensive care protocols and patient safety standards. - Requires ability to maintain documentation and compliance with hospital policies. - Supports training and development of nursing staff in the MICU. - Acts as a liaison between doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. - Ensures adherence to infection control and emergency procedures within the unit.Job role
