Operation Executive

Job Summary

RK Group of Companies is looking for a responsible and proactive Operations & Field Executive to handle banking work, client payment collections, field visits, documentation, and office coordination. The candidate should be organized, trustworthy, and comfortable with local travel.

Key Responsibilities

🏦 Banking Operations

Handle bank visits, cash/cheque deposits, document submissions, and other banking formalities.

Coordinate with bank officials for routine work.

💰 Client Payments & Collections

Collect payments, cheques, and documents from clients.

Follow up for pending payments and maintain collection records.

🚗 Field & Operations Support

Visit clients, vendors, and business locations as required.

Support customer coordination and operational activities.

Handle courier, documentation, and office-related tasks.

📋 Reporting & Documentation

Maintain field visit records and submit daily reports.

Prepare expense statements and maintain confidentiality of company documents.

Required Skills

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of banking procedures and MS Office.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any discipline preferred.

1–3 years of experience in field operations, banking, collections, or administration preferred.

Additional Details

⛽ Petrol allowance provided by the company for official field work.

🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

🛵 Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
