Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production, manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, and dispatch operations.
• Ensure production targets, quality, inventory accuracy, and on-time deliveries.
• Drive 5S, FIFO, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage production planning, inventory, and reporting using SAP S/4HANA.
• Ensure EHS compliance through safety standards, audits, and employee training.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve productivity, safety, and operational efficiency.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or plant operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Production & Manufacturing Management, Dispatch Management, Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, 5S, FIFO, EHS, Safety, and Team Leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
