Job Description
- Update and maintain complete medicine details in the pharmacy software/system.
- Coordinate and follow up with store managers for timely stock updates and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper availability of medicines and medical supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement, medicine data, and pharmaceutical activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports.
- Ensure proper documentation related to pharmaceutical operations and compliance requirements.
- Verify medicine information including batch number, expiry date, pricing, and stock quantity.
- Assist in managing shortages, excess stock, and expiry monitoring.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth inventory and pharmacy operations.
