Plant Supervisor

We are looking for hardworking and responsible candidates for Bicycle Assembly Manufacturing work. The candidate should have basic knowledge of bicycles and bicycle components. The role involves assembly, fitting, inspection, and production support activities in the manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble bicycles and bicycle components as per company standards.

Check quality and proper fitting of parts during assembly.

Handle tools and equipment used in the production process.

Maintain production targets and follow safety guidelines.

Support packaging, inspection, and dispatch activities when required.

Report defects or technical issues to supervisors.

Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area.

Key Requirements

Candidate must have knowledge of bicycles and bicycle components.

Experience in bicycle assembly/manufacturing will be preferred.

Candidate should be physically fit and able to work in a production environment.

Willingness to work in night shifts and overtime.

Candidate must be disciplined, punctual, and team-oriented.

Working Conditions

Regular shift timing: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

8 working hours standard duty.

Overtime will be paid as per company policy.

Night shifts may be required.

Sunday production work may also be required depending on production demand.

Other Details

Salary: As per experience and skills.

Overtime: Extra payment applicable.

Weekly off and leave policy as per company rules.
