Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the complete production cycle from Cut to Pack.
- Plan, monitor, and ensure timely achievement of daily production targets.
- Supervise production staff, line supervisors and operators.
- Maintain quality standards and minimize defects and material wastage.
- Coordinate effectively with merchandising, planning, and quality control teams.
- Prepare and submit daily production and performance reports to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in garment/knitwear production.
- Strong knowledge of the Cut to Pack process.
- Experience working with reputed chain retail brands such as V-Mart, Reliance Trends or Max Fashion will be preferred.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.
