Quality Assurance Executive

• Identify and approve vendors/suppliers for consumables items and raw materials (Copper, SS, etc.).
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure vendors provide exactly what the production team requires.
• Negotiate with suppliers to get the best possible pricing without compromising on quality or delivery timelines.
• Raise and track Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to the shop floor.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Coordinate with the stores and maintenance departments to prevent "stock-outs" of critical components.
• Identify training needs in coordination with departmental heads.
• Prepare and execute training plans and oversee proper documentation.
• Conduct post-training evaluations and effectiveness assessment.
• Maintain and update the employee skill matrix regularly.
• Assist in monthly salary calculation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Support HR compliance activities and maintain personnel records.
• Ensure adequate skills & availability of workers at each work station.
• Hiring of staff & workers.

Key Skills Required:

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Word
• Basic knowledge of HR documentation & training management.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of department work.
• Good command over engineering concepts.

Education : B.TECH/Diploma in Mech. Engg. (Required)
