Job Description
- Inspect cut fabric panels as per approved patterns and measurements.
- Check for fabric defects such as holes, stains, shade variation, and damages.
- Verify measurement accuracy and ensure cutting tolerance standards are maintained.
- Ensure proper size segregation and bundling of cut pieces.
- Monitor marker alignment and grain line during the cutting process.
- Identify and report quality issues immediately to the Cutting Supervisor.
- Maintain daily quality inspection records and defect reports.
- Ensure minimal fabric wastage by monitoring cutting efficiency.
- Coordinate with the cutting team for corrections and re-cut requirements.
- Follow company quality standards, SOPs, and safety guidelines at all times.
