Job Title: Relationship Manager – Sales (Wealth Management)
Location: Ludhiana
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 + Expenses + Incentives
Experience: 1–4 Years (Sales / BFSI preferred)
Job Summary
We are hiring a Relationship Manager responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and sales of wealth products. The role focuses on revenue generation and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients via calls, meetings, and references
- Sell wealth products (Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, etc.)
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable investment solutions
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Follow up on leads and ensure conversions
- Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding
Required Skills
- Strong communication & sales skills
- Basic knowledge of financial products
- Target-driven and result-oriented
- Good client handling ability
Preferred
- Experience in BFSI / Wealth / Insurance sales
- NISM / IRDA certification (added advantage)
