Job Description:
A Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They represent the company’s products or services to potential and existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, or referrals.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth:
Present and promote company products/services to existing and potential customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and provide suitable product/service solutions.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Key Skills & Requirements:
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
* Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
