Sales Executive

Viraj Packers is hiring a motivated Inside Sales Executive to generate new business and convert B2B leads into customers. This is a 100% office-based role with no field work.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate B2B leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Google, and other online platforms.
• Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and video meetings.
• Understand customer packaging requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions.
• Share quotations, product catalogs, and pricing with clients.
• Follow up regularly to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Build relationships with restaurants, bakeries, cafes, cloud kitchens, FMCG brands, and food businesses.
• Maintain daily lead records and update sales reports in Excel/CRM.
• Coordinate with the design and production team to ensure smooth order execution.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp, and video meetings.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet).
• Experience with IndiaMART or TradeIndia is preferred.
• Sales or telecalling experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
