Job Description
CCTV B2C Sales Executive – Ludhiana
Company: Ludhiana Sales Corporation Pvt. Ltd.
Position: CCTV B2C Sales Executive
Location: Delhi NCR
Experience: Minimum 3 years in CCTV/Surveillance B2C Sales
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Incentive: 1% on achieved sales
Monthly Sales Target: Minimum ₹25 Lakhs
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate B2C sales for CCTV surveillance systems across Delhi NCR.
- Meet homeowners, builders, offices, shops, schools, hospitals, and commercial clients.
- Generate leads through field visits and personal networking.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare quotations.
- Close sales and coordinate with the installation team.
- Maintain customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CCTV B2C sales is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of CCTV brands such as CP Plus, Dahua, Hikvision, etc.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
- Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Candidate should have an existing network in Delhi NCR.
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month
- 1% Sales Incentive
