Sales Executive – Field Sales (Electronics Distribution)

Location: Ludhiana (Local Market – Field Role)
Ghai Electronics is hiring a disciplined and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage daily field sales, retail visits, and market collections within the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve a monthly sales target
- Visit retail outlets daily as per assigned beat plan
- Generate orders and ensure regular market coverage
- Handle market collections (cash / cheque / UPI) responsibly
- Ensure same-day deposit of all collections at the office
- Follow up on outstanding payments and replacements
- Maintain accurate daily sales and collection reports
- Represent Ghai Electronics professionally in the market
- Ensure zero discrepancies in stock, cash, or cheques
Salary & Performance Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Performance Incentive: ₹5,000 per month (on target achievement)
- Stable monthly income with performance-linked growth
- Work Structure 26 working days per month
- Full-time field sales role (local market only)
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)Experience in field sales / distribution / FMCG / electronics preferred
- Personal two-wheeler with valid driving license
- Comfortable handling targets and collections
- Honest, punctual, and disciplined work ethic
- Ready to submit Aadhaar, PAN, and security cheque at joining
