Ghai Electronics is hiring a disciplined and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage daily field sales, retail visits, and market collections within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve a monthly sales target
• Visit retail outlets daily as per assigned beat plan
• Generate orders and ensure regular market coverage
• Handle market collections (cash / cheque / UPI) responsibly
• Ensure same-day deposit of all collections at the office
• Follow up on outstanding payments and replacements
• Maintain accurate daily sales and collection reports
• Represent Ghai Electronics professionally in the market
• Ensure zero discrepancies in stock, cash, or cheques

Salary & Performance Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
• Performance Incentive: ₹5,000 per month (on target achievement)
• Stable monthly income with performance-linked growth
• Work Structure 26 working days per month
• Full-time field sales role (local market only)

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)Experience in field sales / distribution / FMCG / electronics preferred

• Personal two-wheeler with valid driving license
• Comfortable handling targets and collections
• Honest, punctual, and disciplined work ethic
• Ready to submit Aadhaar, PAN, and security cheque at joining
