Territory Sales Executive – Mobile Accessories Distribution
Company: Ghai Electronics
Location: Ludhiana
Ghai Electronics is hiring an experienced field sales professional to manage retail market sales and dealer relationships in Ludhiana.
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily retail market visits as per beat plan
• Generate orders and increase secondary sales
• Handle retailer follow-ups and collections
• Expand active dealer network and product visibility
• Maintain reporting through company sales system
• Coordinate with billing and delivery team
Requirements:
• Experience in FMCG / telecom / mobile accessories / distribution sales preferred
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license
• Comfortable with field targets and retailer handling
• Strong discipline and market follow-up ability
Salary Structure:
• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹25,000 per month
• High performers can earn ₹40,000+ monthly
• Fuel/travel support provided
